My Opinion: I think 95+% of young women under 39 suits long hair much better than short. To me femininity is attractive, but as long she's not butch short hair isn't a deal breaker. There's not many young women suiting short hair. Most men suits short hair better, but there's way more young men who suits long hair than women suiting short. I guess 30 % of men suits long hair or both, while 70 % suits short better.
My definition on long hair is when the hair goes past the ears on a man and is shoulder length or longer on a woman.

I like both long and short hair in men, but I tend to prefer more short hairstyles.
For me there's not any sort of deal breaker for having long or short... It's more like if the person has a hairstyle that doesn't suit them particularly, that could hide their atractiveness and I won't be able to feel attracted. It can happen with long hair or short. Some guys look bad with long hair but others look bad with a buzzcut.
I prefer longer hair, bit it is not a deal breaker per se. However, many women with short hair look like dykes and bulldaggers and I want no part of that nonsense!
