Yeah I couldn't work in a environment like that I value my freedom, 1st amendment and my way of doing things way to much.
I take Lyfts and i won't even let a woman drive me. I cancel the ride if its a chick. And i primarily hire men at my job. I dont walk my female co-worker to there car. And avoid them
If I was a woman I'd be really happy to join that office. Some people might think it's a bit too extreme, but it's not like you can't function properly with them. I'll go as far as saying that even women better abide by some of these rules, especially the ones about being alone with a male colleague or communicating with them.
You just can't wait to destroy men, can't you.
If destroying men means limiting my exposure to them... sure.
I feel like this post is extremely unnecessary. If you treat women in the office with respect, then you most likely won’t get accused of sexual harassment. It’s as simple as that. Also some of these rules are stupid as hell. But if this is what it takes to get men to stop sexually harassing women in the workplace then so be it.
All the things that women complain about, I've had women say to me at work. I didn't get offended because I wasn't attracted to them, I just blew it off like a normal fucking person.
You can get a sexual harassment charge for something as innocuous as a 'That's what she said' joke...
I mean if you really want to be that hard line on it. Take it a step further. Women should only work at female owned/run businesses and vice versa for men. Sexual harassment from male to female would be ceased overnight because they no longer work together. Problem solved.
@rjroy3 Or just dont hire woman at all. Competation in all male firm would be a lot better than adding some woman to mix and having to fire you best men just because she is offended by some small shit.
@Cherokeehp
Women do the same thing.
Since women are screwing things up with metoo it may be necessary to restrict their Constitutional rights and voting rights. If that is what it takes to restore sanity in this country then so be it.
@joeblow123 True, let's demolish democracy and turn it into a dictatorship country, if that brings peace to people, so be it.
If you are a "handsome" man yes, if you are an "unattractive" man, no. One very vague accusation to HR by a woman and a man will have a very hard time.
I can sum up my thoughts in one word. Bollocks.
Don't be a creep.
Don't focus all your attention on one woman.
Be polite and courteous.
Don't drink excessively and act like a dick.
Most importantly treat everyone with the same respectful behaviour, males and females.
I wish it was that easy and I used to think this way. But I have see more than one good man broken by a vindictive woman in our company (a fortune 300 company). Women realize they have ultimate power over the careers/lives of men they work with, and many women are not afraid to use this power. The only thing men can do is withdraw from women entirely at work.
A couple of really odd things I have noticed. Since men have been withdrawing from women at the office, women have really amped up the skimpy dresses, cleavage, bending over to give boob and ass flashes, perfume, and sitting on the desks of men.
Also, we created all female teams for certain projects (trying to provide opportunity for women after they complained they were being shut out) and the result has been these women almost killing each other and not even coming close to achieving team goals.
If women started doing the whole skimpy dress, cleavage, t&a flashes, sitting on my desk and especially the perfume (heavy perfume makes me feel ill) at me, I'd be complaining about them. I wouldn't expect it to go anywhere because I'm a white male so I can't suffer abuse but I'd still make sure I've complained about their behaviour in a documented fashion.
Creating all female teams is a terrible idea, that's just #metoo going too far. Teams should be made up of people with the required skills. I'm very skillist, I have no patience for people who are there to make up the numbers and can't do the work required.
I hear you, but at super-profitable companies they lose the idea of what they were originally formed to do. Our new CEO is ultra PC and has made it clear that a "diversified" and "respectful" workplace is the "number one priority". Forget what we were originally formed to do. This ultra "inclusive and respectful" workplace seems to be almost a competition amongst modern CEO's. Complaining about these T&A women would only put a big target on your back, so no one does. Anytime you have interaction with HR it is not a good thing, so the answer is to avoid HR interaction like the plague.
Through decades of toil by guys like me the company makes money pretty much not matter what, at least in the near-term. I would expect, 20 years from now, when the company is losing money and a new CEO comes on board and realizes that 3 out of 5 employees is part of a "diversity, inclusion, and respect" team who do not generate revenue; things will begin to change.
Comments like "don't be a creep" or "be respectful" are inherently vague. There needs to be a clear outline of what is acceptable conduct.
@frostwalrus Agreed, but it will never happen. Again, if a woman finds a man attractive almost anything he does will be fine. If a guy is unattractive or awkward, almost anything he does (even innocently) will be seen as "creepy" and "uncomfortable".
Think about a nerdy-awkward guy asking out the super-model receptionist. His most innocent approach will likely be seen as "creepy" and any other interest by this guy in her will be grounds for serious HR consequences.
I agree. I suspect that it's intentionally vague so as to serve as a bludgeon against unattractive men. Women want a rigged and disgusting society in which unattractive men get fired, ostracized, fined and/or imprisoned for the same behavior attractive men would be rewarded with sex for. This is why I have zero respect for women. They have utterly no regard for objectivity, fairness or decency. This is why I will defend to the grave a man's right to discriminate against women in all areas of life, not just the workplace.
@frostwalrus Well said.
@frostwalrus
Thumbs up.
@Asker
Do you work for Gillette?
I mean you're at work to work not to flirt.
At the very least nothing can happen to you if you follow those rules and they'll feel more safe at work.
It's sad but understandable. Number 1 isn't necessary though.
No one cares. Only pathetic men are afraid of being falsely accused. Most men have sense to not do anything untoward. Most of you are coming across as retards.
Use your common sense. For your protection, don’t compliment a woman at all at work. Do your job. Shut the fuck up about any possible jokes.
Pretty damn simple.
Meh... I don't really like to work with women anyways BCS I usually end up helping them out... for the same pay.
Thank fuck I don't live in America
4 and 6 are the only ones that make sense and thats because they are basic manners that should be employed in all walks of life
@wankiam
"4 and 6 are the only ones that make sense and thats because they are basic manners that should be employed in all walks of life "
They won't save you from a crazy and/or vindictive woman.
@joeblow123 maybe different guys attract different women depending on approach... i treat them as humans so they tend to be human with me
Damn what can you do in this world these days 💀 #9 seems like a bit much but i get the rest.
#9 is actually written in our HR policy and in the training videos. Of all the recommendations in this above list, #9 is the one that is official policy.
Those "rules", I have never encountered them and I found them very submissive. We should be equal to all each other. I'm not afraid to to talk to females at work. I keep it professional, not personal.
If you're in America those rules are fake because it would quickly be struck down as discrimination whether you're in a liberal or conservative state. Making rules specifically for men would be illegal, so I'm assuming you pulled this out of your ass.
Nope, try again. www.bloomberg.com/.../a-wall-street-rule-for-the-metoo-era-avoid-women-at-all-cost
@ThisAndThat those aren't rules or laws, those are advice from old sexist idiots like yourself.
Did you bother to read any of the posts? This are informal suggestions for men to survive the office in the #MeToo era.
that's exactly what I'm saying, they're not rules or laws they're just stupid suggestions by cuckcold men who can't handle women.
Wow buddy, do you realize what you are saying? I bet you don't work in a big office.
Do you realize what you're saying? These aren't laws or rules, these are rants from old men who are afraid of the #metoo movement. Enforcing these rules would always be illegal. There's no threat here except for the imaginary threat you're making for yourself.
I gave you the benefit of the doubt at first. But as it turns out, you really are that stupid.
@ThisAndThat you haven't given any proof that these are laws or rules anywhere. These are just made up advice in an attempt to troll conservative and pathetic men. You do realize that you're being played right? You understand you're just a tool?
@John_Doesnt
No, but you are talking out of your ass.
Assuming. Root word "assume". When you "assume" you make an "ass" out of "me" and "u".
@joeblow123 you don't have any proof of these being laws. You're just an idiot tool of conservative media.
@John_Doesnt They are there to make us males look like submissive softies.
You have completely misunderstood the post and every subsequent post. Please just stop. You have already made yourself look like a fool. I will give you the benefit of the doubt that English is not your first language, but otherwise, just stop.
you haven't provided any proof for your stupid claim about "rules" and "laws".
@John_Doesnt
You have no idea what you are talking about. Just give it a rest.
@joeblow123 you just make up things based on conservative media. Because you're a tool and a fool and a F@G
@John_Doesnt
Watch your mouth, son. Show some respect.
@joeblow123 what respect do you deserve? you're a known pedo and a vietcong
I bet your like to be pegged by your girlfriend.
I peg your girlfriend.
@John_Doesnt
Better watch your mouth you two-bit punk.
@joeblow123 do you have anything else to say you f@gg0t?
@John_Doesnt
Say it to my face or shut your ass up, bitch.
@joeblow123 show me proof of your dumb rules
@joeblow123 If he would say it on your back, he need more than a half tank of gas. ;-) Ops, I watch #MarriedWithChildren to much. Careful @mods, no real word said here. Just joking.
@roland77
I too like Married With Children but I have no idea what you mean.
@joeblow123 it means you're a retard with no proof of your retarded claims
How about this John, "you win", OK? Now let's move on... before you get your ass kicked.
no I don't win, because you're still acting like a pigeon playing chess: you took a crap all over the board and strut around like you made the smartest move. You still don't have any proof for your claim being a law. None!
I don't know what company is that, but it doesn't sound like a real one to me. That's a lot of nonsense.
Pretty much never look at a woman, as she might consider it rape. Hooray for equality!
Hey could you please post montly updates on these rules and how much fun they make? I would love to read how they are failing.
Also pro tip would be just plaint ignoring them. You can't be accused if you dont interact with them.
And that my friend is where you are dead wrong. There have been cases where women have accused men of things when those women had never met the men face to face. The men didn't even know who the women were. Their accusation is all it takes and that's it. So yeah, think again.
@ThisAndThat Ouh crap, still better to not meet them at all. Good knows what accusation you can catch if you meet that crazy.
Rule 11) Apply rules 1 through 10 to women outside of work as well.
Not everyone is an office worker. There are other jobs that are not office jobs.
How about just identifying as a woman at work instead?
I would not work there. Or certainly be prepared to defend yourself against HR eventually.
I call bullshit that anyone set out these rules
But either way, I’m just happy I don’t and never will work in an office
These aren't "rules", these are suggestions circulated to men to help them keep their jobs.
Still don’t buy it, but either way I’m just glad I don’t work in an office
If your intern is a woman do not train her at all. Let her sit there.
This is what happens when you allow women to have "proper" jobs.
Who gave you these rules? Did they come from your employer?
None of the above. These rules are bullshit and are whats wrong with society. So glad my office is very relaxed about intergender relations.
Good for you, same here!
They are "relaxed" until they aren't. Wait until one female complains and one man gets crucified. Your office will change. It only takes one.
@asker that already happened once. Nobody got crucified. The two where just made to talk out their differences privately and move on.
If you are a gentleman you will have to worry about it
Times have changed.
That really explains a lot about why so many are going same gender sex partners! Seems to dangerous to just talk to the opposite sex now
It looks like but at my work I have a woman with 1 50 IQ and she is in numbers and I can talk nicely to her. Glad her hairs are not colorful and not short at the same time. ;-)
I think those rules are degrading to women and extremely offensive.
Extremely sexist, actually.
Well they are actually guidelines for men on how not to get accused by woman who is on power trip and probably wants your job.
@Janncis Sexist nonetheless.
Or what we as men are supposed to do? Our word means shit against woman word. Even acting fine can get your life destroyed by some false accusatins or by woman who gets offended by everything that men says.
No really tell me how im supposed to deal with it.
Ps. I have a strong personality so im not good at taking shit, lucky for me i live in eurpoe where this thing just doesn't happen. But still my word means nothing against womans.
@Janncis Aren¨t you aware of the lawsuits in the aftermath of metoo in many European countries? Women should be treated as individuals. That's all there is to it. You should also be aware metoo was/is part of something bigger, a still ongoing cultural war of sorts. It's a left-right thing, which is evident if you analyze the people behind metoo.
Ouh im in fact aware of them, im Europian. But law suits in Europe isn't the same as in America. For us in Europe there isn't really left or right wing.
Still you didn't answer any of my question. So follow up to already unanswered questions. What is sexism?
Ps. metoo is full of bullcrap. If you decide that he did something bad to you and you took 10 years to do so. You a fucking morron, also somehow these metoo accusations seamed to make into public before masking into police. If you want said role and sex is part of getting, and you accept it. Its your choice, you can always walk away. doesn't really work on rape tought.
So you want to force men to interact with women, when they are uncomfortable doing so?
How is avoiding contact with women "sexist"?
Great. So men trying to avoid being charged with sexual harassment is now sexist... awesome.
One thing I would like to see banned at work is how often women gather and openly talk about how much they hate their husbands and boyfriends. Almost every day I hear women at the copier, in the break room, near the Keurig machine; gathered to openly bitch about men in their life. This is something men never do.
@Janncis Sexism is treating people differently based on gender. And, YES in Europe it´s A LOT about right and left. You should read up on the subject.
@Taylor_Couh good to know, what is sexism. So beleving woman when she crys of harasment and not belewing guy when he says she's lying is sexism to.
Tell me why when woman cry of harasment guy if fired almost on spot, not asking his position on it, but when men complains of harasment from woman he isn't taken serius and told not to be pussy?
@Janncis That is criminal activity, falsy accusing others of criminal actions.
Ood, but rarely if never someone is charged for it
You are the kind of female who forced men to create these kinds of rules. Females like you are perpetually "triggered" and not someone any man wants to work with.
You got it all wrong. I am the complete opposite of libtard snowflakey women.
OK, I can appreciate that, but then why can't you appreciate the position men are in?
I also have nothing to do with women in general and am a complete stranger to their way of thinking, if they even are thinking.
@Taylor_C
If these steps we have to take bother you then thank your fellow women for putting you in this situation.
@Taylor_C
It doesn't matter what wing it is (left or right) it is a misandric threat and we are going to protect ourselves from it. Like I said it's a problem created by your fellow women so take it up with them.
@Asker
Welcome to the wacky world of feminism.
@joeblow123 It is a matter of left or right. If you're not aware of that, you're ignorant of the dividing lines of contemporary discurse. I don't even communicate with those and never will. A woman does not equal another woman.
So, why don't you go running to HR.
@Taylor_C
I hear you and this is my reaction: https://tinyurl.com/vcefo3b
@Taylor_C
"A woman does not equal another woman."
Only women and children believe that.
Gynocentricity and misandry exists within both wings of the political spectrum.
@joeblow123 There are oceans in between tose, it seems you have no inside experience of political culture, which I do have
How would you rate this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2nkRnYJh96w
I only agree with the 'if you ask a women out, only ask once' tbh I find it really hard to belive you were actually these rules. But then again, americans often Go over the top.
These rules were not written policy but informal "guidance" given to men.
And only given to men? That's discriminatory on its own, and I would file a grievance with HR, against HR.
@SingingSerpent No. HR is run by women. The above rules are "informally" circulated to men.
#Angela Schrute
Do you work in a large corporate office?
You think he made those rules up? Here in the US major brand jewelry stores have closed their doors. Major brand name wedding stores have closed their doors too. Numerous wedding chapels have closed their doors and those once wedding photographers found themselves unemployed. Bars and clubs here either have or are going under, strip clubs too. Businesses that are comprised of female sex appeal for men such as eating places are struggling to keep their doors open not to mention all the family oriented chain stores that have closed their doors. And it's directly related to the damage that feminism and metoo have done to men. Men are marrying not even dating anymore a good majority aren't. Myself I haven't touched anyone in over 33 years as a MGTOW monk and things weren't near as bad 33 years ago as they are now with all the laws and systems against men. You could argue that western society has been put on hospice and quiet possibly the east will be next if feminism does its damage there too, because that's where it's headed. www.bloomberg.com/.../a-wall-street-rule-for-the-metoo-era-avoid-women-at-all-cost
Men are NOT marrying. The birth rate here has fallen belong the replacement level too because no children are being produced due to the circumstances.
@ThisAndThat marriages have gone down as people turn away from religion... oh and it takes two people to get married
@wankiam Women will probably pass legislation requiring men to marry them.
One might think this is too much. And it's true that most women won't go that far. But all it takes is one bitch, and your life is ruined.
Do you know the channel "Undead Chronic"?
the new rules will make it a lot more caution for men to get to know women.
2. Is funny. Makes them sound like they're skiddish like deer or something. No sudden movements!
Sadly, they reflect what is wrong in our today's world caused by those with short colorful hair.
so difficult. it would be a lot easier if you just had separate offices for men and women.
I love programming next to a woman, they are actually good in it, too. As long as they are no men-hating feminists. I had such woman at training (for becoming an application developer) and one "wrong" word and out she was to her psychologist (female) to complain about it.
Women are poison in the workplace. Avoid them at all cost, or suffer the consequences.
My cousin was sexually assaulted In her coworker so I wish these laws were applied in her work place too. Better safe than sorry. Someone’s safety is more important than your feelings
I don't think anyone disagrees that safety is more important than feelings, but do all of the above rules equate to safety?
I highly doubt the law would need to be reinforced by rules in the office. It's not a questions about some stupid rules, but a question about what is the law doing about sexual assault. If someone wants to do that, the rules have no values for that person, just like the law was in your situation.
@Anonymous
The company doesn't have to post rules about sexual assault. Sexual assault is a criminal offense. We have police and courts that deal with matters like that. Not the company HR department.
They won't stop it from happening. Sure it is not right to harass anyone (both sexes likewise) but those "rules" won't help, they destroy.
@joeblow123 Yes, true!
Sounds appropriate. I'd rather not work with a woman in this case.
@StickStickity13
"Sounds appropriate. I'd rather not work with a woman in this case."
The job you save may be your own.
Please tell me that in your country you're not held to account for hiring women.
"Never comment about a woman's looks or fashion choices" Quite stupid to be honest
Every such rule is, just talk professionally at work, not personal.
You bitches just don't get it. 😂
@duanemc86
"You bitches just don't get it."
Major big time.
Most of it is bs and over explained shit
this is how to be safe yes
Feels like you’re thinking too much. Just don’t harass women. Simple.
You are so naive.
Women are spiteful, have been taught by Feminists to hate men and government figures show that a quarter of the adult female population are on prescription psychiatric medications.
Where do you think that combination might lead?
I have seen careers and lives destroyed by false allegations in the workplace.
I have had to deal with two false sexual harassment allegations by females who became spiteful because I had zero sexual interest in them.
Not all women are hateful, spiteful and insane, but enough are that sexual segregation is the best and only solution.
Islam is right about women.
@OddBeMe
How does that protect you from a false accusation?
@cth96190 I know a lot women who are AGAINST feminists 3.0 (those with colorful short hairs) and are... you know, just normal.
@ctch96190 @roland77 You guys are idiots. I’d suggest simply talking to women and stop thinking in labels like “Feminism 3.0”. Also stop reading hate blogs that suggest there’s this growing number of wrongful accusations of rape. You know who writes those? Rapists.
@cth96190 Well said.
LOL, you are in for a rude awakening buddy.
There seems to be a lack of understanding about what goes on for women making accusations of rape. First there’s the police interrogation, then a rape kit where nurses stick probes up their orifices and then there’s signing a legal document pressing charges. You think women are so stupid and maligned they’d go through all that for a lie? I’m not saying some crazy bitch hasn’t done it in the past. I’m saying there’s no statical evidence. There’s just you assholes who can’t get dates.
@OddBeMe
"You know who writes those? Rapists."
Do you any evidence to back your claim?
@OddBeMe
"There’s just you assholes who can’t get dates."
That sentence fits your side.
@OddBeMe Of course, I do that anywhere.
@joeblow123 If you had a girlfriend, she’d have taught you better than this.
@OddBeMe
Your statement that false rape allegations were rare was incorrect.
Research shows that as many as 40 per cent of rape allegations may be false.
See:

Great! Now how about unbiased publications? Help save our sons? Are you fcking kidding me? I don’t take climate advice from oil companies.

@OddBeMe
Snopes ROTFL
The leftard former incel, his former prostitute girlfriend and their cat.
Yeah. . . right.
@cth96190
The false accusation rate for rape is 60%. The reasons given for this false accusation rate: spite, revenge, even boredom. These are the cases where the accuser deliberately lied. This is from a U. S. Air Force study by Dr. Charles McDowwell. From the book The Myth Of Male Power by Warren Farrell.
I don't take the word of feminists.
@OddBeMe No, I'm not an idiot. It is what happens on my workspace. I simply don't harass anyone and be nice at the start (if they continue, then of course, I'm friendly, too) but may adapt to those who annoys me. My superior for example is a stubborn person, I criticize him (and also if my superior would be a female) a lot about that because there is no need to be stubborn.
@roland77 That’s nice to hear. Apologies for calling you an idiot. But I do have quick tempers against those who can only see the issues most important to them. There’s a reason I’m a white male, a feminist and a supporter of black lives matters. None of which is about me.
@cth96190 (gasp) An Air Force study about false rape allegations! Could this be because of the massive Tail Hook scandal? Not every book is correct. There’s a reason why consensus is important.
@joeblow123 What’s wrong with me being a feminist?
@OddBeMe
Actually the Air Force study was posted by me. If the story is false why was the man who conducted the study persecuted by feminists: https://www.fathersmanifesto.net/mcdowell.htm
@Joeblow How the fck should I know? Maybe he’s an asshole. One study doesn’t make a trend. Just like climate change, you can’t post one dumbass article in response to hundreds countering it.
Is Kathleen Kennedy your boss?
Some of these are strange, and some make sense
Who the fuck gave you these ridiculous rules?
You but one rule. Don't!
Humans need to just go extinct
👆 He’s right, y’know.
At least the female portion of them.
Society needs to collapse soon.
That's ridiculous. Is that a convent?
What is going to happen will happen. What I think is that they are doing that so mens freak out. Lately most work relationships end up in a bad way and it creates conflicts in the work environment. Non of this would it happen if people keep stuff to themselves
idiocy, this is the world we live in
I totally voted B
I also agree with @Randomawkwardness
@WhiteShoulder
That's because that misconception gives you power over men.
This is EXTREME. If it exists anywhere they should get their heads checked.
