Absolutely. I defintely try to avoid being alone with a female coworker in a conference room, and I just generally avoid interacting with them as much as possible.

A guy I used to work with lost his job about four years ago for an aleged comment. I know the guy very well and I know his side of the story. I also know the woman who accused him well enough to know she has a chip on her shoulder and a bad attitude toward men in general. What happened to that guy was very unfair, and I don't want the same thing to happen to me. It's not worth the risk.

Our female workfloor staff is mainly from Myanmar - they have other things to worry about than imitating the intellectual boredom of the ''West''.

The female office staff are Thais - and although none of them is pretty enough to even get close to ''metwo-issues'' they are more into ''mefirst-issues''.

Where we office boys -unmolested by trendy fiction- will continue to make our ''sexist'', chauvinist'', ''rude'' ... and basically innocent... comments.

Well for the creepy dudes that should be metooed it didn't. But for people who actually care about being publicly shamed yea they are more hesitant saying things to female coworkers

No. But to be fair my female c-workers are whores that sleep with every sailor in town. I doubt any of them have even heard of "metoo"😆

There's been a LOT less mentoring of junior female staff by dudes thanks to that. A LOT less.
