Hey there, gotta a question for you experts. There is this girl at work, she keeps giving me looks here and there. we talked a couple of times and when out once long ago. I haven't spoken to her in quite some time now and she keeps sending out mixed signals. What should I do next?

Yeah, we work in different departments, Don't think it is an HR trap, however if things go south which they will probably do then it would be a little awkward. not really worth it.
