Went on a date said she didn't feel anything towards me but liked hanging out with me and wished she felt something. That was a month ago and yesterday I asked her out on another date and basically told her I know she didn't feel anything on the first date how bout a second and i said if she still felt the same I wouldn't ask her again about it. She said yea and didn't seem reluctant about it. She told me she's not really sure if her feelings would change but she liked hanging out with me so she said she would go. Like the title says I dont want to fuck this up and want to try to create a spark also Im not even sure what type of things to talk about because i think we covered everything the first time but this time we will be doing something at least a good amount of the time instead of just sitting and talking. I really want to get her to feel something because I really like her but I don't know what im doing.

Thos isn't the right approach- you're forcing things, which is desperation talking.

I think you should treat her as a potential friend unless there is a spark that suddenly shows itself during your date. If a first date doesn't bring that spark, the problem is a lack of attraction. My guess is that it wasn't your looks or she wouldn't have gone on the First date, but rather yiur self-confidence/how yiu carry yourself or that you just didn't seem interesting enough to her. The fact she didn't contact you for a second date or even to hang out in the month after the last date is telling.
