What does 'seeing someone' means for a guy?

what should I understand?

Well it's or that they are casually dating or depends on if he is telling you that in order to reassure you so you could have sex.. So it really depends on the context of things if he was like no we can't talk because I'm seeing someone then cool but if he's like well it's not that serious we're not really in a relationship so we can still to shit me and you i recommend that you run
