My ex partner has a belly ring a small one. At first it shocked me as I was against it. But the more I saw it on her the more I actually started to like it. But she never showed it off to the public only kept it to her and me only. Which I have plenty of respect for that from her. only way i'd view one as a red flag would be if she tried to hide it from me that she had one , might lead me to wonder if she was trying to sell herself as more innocent than she really was and perhaps not being truthful about her past , but if she was open about having one and i saw her at beach in a bikini or at bar in a belly revealing top it wouldn't be an issue. but something about having a secret belly piercing is weird and i'd for sure wonder why
