How to know girl and travel with her?

Hello everyone,
Working so hard for couple months without any holiday, it's really stressful,
I'm thinking that travel with a nice girl to new city or country and spend nice romantic times together will be really helpful for both of us and maybe we will continue further.
My plan was to know a girl , have a talk few times, maybe walk, then if there is a chemistry between us then I can suggest her to make a small holiday together ,
My main problem is I can not know a girl, I tried with applications like Tinder and Badoo but there are absolutely don't work and there is not good matching there.
how can I find a nice girl and she needs also a small holiday and get out of work stress,

I'm single currently, and I just broke up 4 months ago, and I don't want to make new serious relationship so far, I can not invite a girl from my work place, because my work should stay away all the time
