How can I meet this girl?

I take the bus to work in the morning and I've been seeing a girl on the same bus for a while, a beautiful girl. While I was wondering where she was working, I also saw that she always worked in the institution I went to. I also work in a public institution and she is she. I guess she just started there, I don't know if she was appointed for the first time or if she was appointed from another place. I've been going there for 1.5 years because I saw it for the first time. It used to get my attention on the bus, now it's starting to get my attention more. How can I meet her? I don't know how often I will see her when I go there from now on. I don't know if she will say hi when I meet her on the bus, I won't sit next to her for now.

You work at a similar spot. Commute at similar times. And regularly see each other. At some point you are expected to start saying hello and nod to each other. And you can throw in a small question from time to time. As you do that her attitude towards you will also become obvious. But even if it ends with just a nod and a smile that is still a pleasant interaction to and from work. Win-win.

yes, we work in a similar place, but these places are quite far from each other. I always go on foot from where I work to another place. I don't know if I can always see her there. I don't know if I would contact her for business. We meet on the bus in the morning, but she gets on before me and gets off after me. In the evenings, I never see her because I go home on foot. it's harder to come across in the evening anyway. If I meet her on the bus, at her workplace or outside, I'll probably say hi. Let's see if she will respond.

Talk to her after you get off the bus. If it’s obvious that you are walking the same place, say “Hi. Did you just start at The Institute? ... I’m [name]. How’s it going?” If she engages, invite her to join you for lunch.

It's too early for a lunch. Also, we don't get on at the same stop, she gets on before me and gets off after me. There must be another way to make meet
