Im 6'6 and 14yrs old jsyk. I have dated two women, 5'1 and 4'9. I enjoy dating petite women because it kind of makes me feel like i need to protect her and be her bodyguard kind of thing. Honestly im fine with picking her up or standing on the curb while she is on a chair or something just so we can kiss. Kind of adds a bit of fun to romance rather than a passionate french it kind of makes it a lighter romance (something i am capable of XD). Yes. Hell yes. Damn yes i would date a woman who is much shorter than me.

I would consider it, but I have lived with short women my whole life. I currently help my mom, and it's getting annoying because she doesn't want anything visible to her level where she can reach, can't afford to do any remodeling so that things are lower (or can be built so she can access stuff), and she won't get a stool or stepladder. Most of the time, it's ok, but sometimes it feels like I'm waiting on her.

So, I do have a lot of experience in dealing with shorter women. I'm short for a guy, but much taller and younger than the women in my family, so I'm sort of used to helping reach things. So, maybe I'd be a great boyfriend or husband always being used to helping... but it might get annoying quickly if I was ALWAYS being stopped or called to get something down, or hurry home so you can do this... I don't think I'd LOOK for someone that small, partly because of that.

I mean, I would. But I'm 5'4" so I know it's a lot harder to find a date or anyone who is attracted when you're short. I get that women want to feel "protected" or whatever, so it's okay for them to not want to date short men (even though, it kind of seems like a non sequitur to me, but whatever). I don't see why it's a problem for a woman to be short honestly. Maybe you'll have better luck.

It's ok if someone doesn't. Sure, they will miss out on a great personality in someone but we all have our preferred 'types'. Some women won't date shorter men. Some people prefer blondes, or Asians. Height is just one of those personal preferences.

I'm a firm believer in the notion that opposites attract. I think it's nature's way if ensuring we do not become a race of giants.

Anyway, I am 6'3" and have always been irresistibly attracted to shorter, petite girls, 5'2" or shorter. There is no reason or logic in it, only inexplicable attraction.
