I'm east Asian and I've never liked a guy was hispanic or even a guy who was not hispanic or looked hispanic - I don't hate them or look down on them but most of my friends and social circle is either white or east Asian or occasionally Indian or black

Depends on the person specifically. Both have to be willing to date outside their race in the first place. Some will, some won't. Can't says for sure for everyone whether an xyz race girl will date an abc race guy.
