Anyways, I just moved from a very diverse part of California to a small Midwestern city that's almost completely full of White people. The girls at my college have been very nice to me, but I'm not sure if they would be interested in a sexual relationship.

So, would you date an Asian guy?

I would. Specifically the nationalities you mention, in this order: Japanese, Korean, Chinese.
The reason most girls don't care for Asian guys is because most of them seem kinda... asexual. I've been checked out by an Asian once. They don't seem interested in sex. So if you show you have an inner sex demon by flirting with the person of your affections, I dare say your chances go up higher.
Next, personality is important. I'm going to address the sexual aspect of it. You want better chances with a girl? Be confident, be social, have mates, joke around, flirt, know what you want. This will make her notice you and appreciate you as a male (again, bypassing the asexual thing). Basically, think of it like this: you're a man before you're an Asian. So act like a man, not an Asian. Show that you have sexuality.

Yeah, of course. Well, don't be too forward with it. Be layed back. Soft core flirting starts with compliments. Tell her she looks good today or something (but don't be too specific or she'll think you're gay), if you're really close friends with her, tell her her tits look good or she has a nice ass. Generally, when a hot chick walks past you, LOOK at her. Look at her curves, look her up and down, then look her back in the eyes and smile slyly. Dialogue is important. When in a conversation, do that competing thing. She'll say "I'm so good at basketball" you say "recon you can take me on? ;)" (on yes, when having a Facebook conversation or something, use the winky face). Always aim to come off as better, like be a bit of a high egoed jerk. But always say it in the right voice- kind of like you're smiling about it. I did this myself when I was younger and wanted to know how to flirt. Really learnt a lot from internet. And nothing wrong with that. If you want to be smart, what do you do? Go to school and uni. If you want to be fit, what do you do? Go to the gym. If you want to be good with women, please, put some effort into us and learn stuff about us. I also advise reading erotic fiction, specifically dom and sub ones (where the guy is the badass alpha male). You'd be surprised how much you learn. I think it's more of a self-fulfilling prophecy from either side; white girls don't think Asian guys would be interested in them (or vice versa) so they aren't interested in Asian guys because of the reason.
