Did he file for unemployment? Is he making a plan on what to do next? Looking at jobs or making a plan if he is not comfortable working yet with covid?
I also am unemployed and it came out of nowhere. One day I was an essential worker and the next day they had to let some go due to business slowing. Not anyone's fault. It took me over 3 months to actually receive my unemployment checks though!
Frustrating time for sure!
I think if you truly love him and he is making some sort of action plan, this shouldn't be an issue. Only you can truly know! How is it affecting you? (This is rhetoric) meaning- is he spending all your money or relying on your income? Is he being irresponsible with money? Or does it just bother you he doesn't have money? Is he complaining? Or are you sad he can't support you as much? (I feel like these might sound rude, I have not judgement or rudeness in these and again, rhetorical) I just think getting to the bottom of why this is a problem for you and the relationship will help you decide- which is valid. It is a very unpredictable time! For sure! But I also think if this is a question you are asking.. it may mean the relationship is not as good as it should be to stay in it (but only you can know that!) Best of luck!!❤❤

If he's a hard-working person, and a good friend of mine. I still want him as my mentor and anchor.
If he's lazy, unplanned, spends irresponsibly (like still goes out drinking with friends) and doesn't try to look for a new opportunity, YES.
Well first there no boyfriend, so lets say girlfriend. I would help her even if she broke. Love covers much more

No I wouldn't... But I would encourage, support him in finding other employment... You don't leave someone for something that was not their fault, out of their control... Now.. if can't keep a job because of their own fault,/making or too lazy to want to work, just trying to live off you, well that's different...
No way.
I'm glad the tribe has spoken and you can now stop extrapolating from your experience with this one girl. She's dumb and shallow.no I would not leave him because he lost his job for that can happen to anyone ! my love for him is worth more to he and I then what his money can do ! his lost job just means that he will have to file for unemployment compensation and not spend his money unwisely and he will have to look for another job ! thanks
Nope, just because i won't let him be the only earning person in our relationship. So even if he falls down, I can be there to back him up and support him until then.
No, because I love him and I'd try to help him in every way I can until he's back on his feet again. I'm hoping my partner would do the same for me.
No. You don't do that to someone you love. It amazes me that this is even a question tbh.
No, right now is a difficult time for everyone. A lot people are out of work or losing their jobs right now.
No as long as he put in job apps for when everything is back to good
No I don’t think that’s fair since it wouldn’t be his fault.
Never. He’s the love of my life and that is worth way more than his bank account.
No I’d never do that, it’s cold hearted. When the going gets though help each other out to the good times again
No, of course not. A lot of people have lost their jobs due to covid. If being unable to hold a job becomes a pattern though, then yes, I would leave.
My boyfriend lost his job over a year ago, been difficult trying to find a new one
NEVER
I'd actually give him some extra love so he doesn't feel down. I got his back.😋No! That would be a terrible disgusting thing to do to someone.
No. A lot of people lost their jobs due to the pandemic, it's no fault of theirs.
No? I’m with him for him, not his bank account.
