Yeah, that's pretty ridiculous. My girlfriend and I accepted pretty early on that we would continue to see each other and be close, and basically be healthy or sick together. Unless one of you is immunocompromised or has doctors for relatives or something along those lines, it doesn't really make sense not to kiss your own partner.

I think it is. When the COVID thing hit, I had only been dating my guy for a short time. We were still making plans to see each other, and I *kind of* jokingly asked, "Are we going to stay 6 feet apart?" and he said "Hell no!"

I can understand your boyfriend wanting to be cautious, but no one knows how long this COVID thing is going to last. If I were in your situation, I personally wouldn't be okay with it, but it's really up to you and how you feel. Have you tried talking to him about it?
