After first date she ghosts my text messages? should I say anything?

I thought we had a great date and she kissed for a few mins at the end of the date. Next day, she is avoiding me and ghosting my messages. Should I text anything?

Possibilities:

1. You said something during the date that she thought about and it's a deal breaker.
2. She is still involved with someone else.
3. She is still getting over a breakup and now realizes she is not ready to date.
4. She could be sick or busy with other matters.
5. Maybe she doesn't want to seem to be too eager or overly interested. Some people play those games.

Don't text anything else until you have an invitation to do something together ready to go.

I know it's difficult, but don't overthink and overanalyze the situation. That is a potentially deep and dark hole you don't want to go down.

The date ended positively from your account so just leave it at that. Over-texting is never a good thing. Maybe she isn't the kind for idle texting. Maybe she's busy. Maybe she doesn't live for her phone. You don't want to be the sad puppy at her feet.

Go on with your day to day so that, if she accepts your next invitation, you have something else to talk about. If she declines or ignores it, cut your loss and move on with your head held high.

So I sent her “ Thanks for coming and I hope you get back home safe” after the date at 10:30pm, but she never responded despite reading it.

Next morning, I sent a good morning text and she responded 4-5 hours later with a “Hello x.“ . After, I said “I really enjoyed our date last night - you’re really easy to talk to” and she has not even read it even after 2 hours...
