Sorry to tell you "I only hang out with guys because there's less drama" is right up there with "I think we should take a break." Allow me to translate woman speak for you:
"Then tells me she can easily replace me with someone younger n hotter." This is the biggest red flag of all! Dump her ass and upgrade to someone who respects and actually cares about you!
But if she is a good toss and you have nothing else going, might as well keep hitting it-just don't make the mistake of considering it an exclusive relationship and continue shopping if so inclined-but its nice to have her as a sperm bank while you are looking
Having close friends of the opposite sex, even if those make up the majority of her friends, is not a red flag (even if the "less drama" excuse can often be), but the way she's talking about them makes it one.
It's like bringing up things you did with your exes or previous sexual encounters at random moments or without being asked. There's literally no reason to do that apart from wanting to make your partner jealous.
You should have ended it when she said she can easily replace you with someone younger and hotter. She tells you her friends want her and she texts them at any time of day or night. She calls you insecure but does not realize that she is the cause of it or does and doesn't care. You need to end it as soon as possible.
Yeah she's 100% cheating on you. She does not respect you, and thus does not love you. She's the kind of girl who needs every cock she can get to feel validated. Which is why she is actively flirting with guys she's not even interested in.

She may just be trying to make you jealous, which some people do if they feel insecure about their SO leaving or whatever. You think you can be straight up with her and ask why she's saying these things?
