I'm 29, my boyfriend is 34. We're both nerds. We both enjoy anime and gaming. However, when we meet up, all he wants to do is watch tv. We're together for 3months and sex is off the table. I tried to spice things up and attempted to give him a bj and he freaked out. He's not a virgin and I don't understand what's wrong... I have tried to talk about but he's happy to be glued to the tv. Should I call it quits?

If a girl wanted to wait to have sex, or would be appropriate for me to wait for her. The same is true the other way around. Personally, I'm waiting till marriage. If my partner isn't comfortable with that then we're not right for each other, but there is nothing wrong with wanting to wait, even if its not till marriage.

Sex is about intimacy, not just about self pleasure. If you love someone enough, I can't imagine being sexually incompatable. And while I can't wait to have sex, I'm not freaking out if she struggles to satisfy me sexually because I love her for other reasons.

I didn't say you guys agreed to wait till marriage. I'm just saying, some people do and there's nothing wrong with that. If you're not ok with that, you need to make sure you communicate to him that you're not willing to wait too long before you need to have sex with him if you guys want to stay together.

hate to say it but it sounds like he is more interested in the tv than you. it sounds more like he's "dating" you more as a show than actually caring. so to me it sounds like its time to move on from him. you can try explaining it if you want and see if he gets his shit together and proceed from that. i doubt telling him will work though.

At this point I don't know... he's not my type. I was attracted to him because we share similar interests and the fact that he has a good heart.
