If he’s telling you he’s not looking for anything more, then I would go by that. At least that way you are protecting your feelings to some degree. Take him on his word and see if you can handle that. If you can’t, you can always put a stop to it.

Well, I don't enjoy it right now. Only because it's confusing to me to do emotional things with someone who's just a glorified fuck buddy.
