Is there a difference between BEING ATTRACTED and Finding someone attractive?

Yes, I can find a lot of people attractive, because they're attractive indeed, but it would not be more than that, because maybe they're "not my type" or I don't actually know them. you just acknowledge, recoginize, notice that they're good looking, that's it.

Being attracted to someone is different, because for whatever reason, you feel drawn to them, not only they get your attention but they are keeping it too, they have you interested, it could be that they're just more of "your type", and it might be more than their looks sometimes,, something else you know or perceive, about them.

I guess the only difference is whether or not you allow them to suck you in -- and to what degree.

But there ARE cases where there is a clear difference. Such as age and gender. And marital status.
For example, a 15-year-old girl might be attractive, but I'm not attracted to her. Because she's a kid.
Ben Affleck is attractive, but I'm not attracted to him. Because he's a dude.
Jessica Alba is attractive, but I'm not attracted to her (anymore.). Because she's married.
