Like the first thing he does after waking up is answering their texts but he ignores mine and goes back to sleep and texts me like an hour after the time he texted the other girls.
is this a red flag?

Possibly. We enjoy the chase, feeling special, and more. In a way, he already has your attention and desire. Whereas, other women are novelties. Take this as an opportunity to evaluate your relationship. Are things hot between the two of you or have they grown cold? Do you, both, still get butterflies from the other? Do you take each other for granted? Are you accustomed to each other or display neediness?

Before throwing in the towel, try spicing things up. Remind him of what attracted him to you in the first place... a confident woman with aspirations. Focus upon yourself and what makes you happy. Most importantly, bring up this concern with HIM directly. Fear of what he might say will keep you in a state of limbo getting worse over time.
