My coworker has a girlfriend and he keeps flirting with me in person, we work together so it's impossible to avoid him altogether, he gets very touchy with me and winks but never attempted anything beyond that. We used to be good friends but last few months i've noticed he became more flirty and distanced himself from me as a friend at the same time. Actually since he started flirting with me he doesn't talk to me outside of work anymore.

Sometimes I text him work related issues and he always leaves me on ''Sent'', doesn't open my texts and sometimes takes almost 24hours to get back to me. I just don't know what to do. He lives with his girlfriend for years. Any suggestions on how to navigate this situation?

As per always, why do you care here? Why are you interested in what this all means?

If your feeling creeped out, or otherwise herassed by his behaviour, you need to let him know in no uncertain terms to "get his hands off you", and if he's not listening, report him to HR.

The fact your talking about outside of work suggests you have some form of relationship or connection to this guy which involves you seeing him outside or work for whatever reasons. Why your noticing he doesn't talk to you outside work, sort of suggests you have some kind of interest in this guy, or at least is a weird thing to notice when you don't.

Work out why you care about any of this, and either report him to HR or speak to him to set your boundaries correctly.

Ugh, classic mixed signals! Honey, that sounds confusing. Flirting in person but ignoring texts? Not a great sign. He might just be enjoying the attention without wanting anything serious, especially since he already has a girlfriend. You deserve someone who treats you consistently well, texts included. Maybe it's best to keep your distance and focus on someone who's actually available.
