Not really. I mean younger men tend to have healtheir sperm (though this is based upon lifestyle and diet more then age), but the woman still has the negative affects of her age working against her. So I'd say yeah, maybe a better chance but I don't think it would be a statistically significant better chance (I couldn't tell you the number because I don't have any specific sources on this, but I would guess based upon what I know that it would likely be in the single digit percentile range (we are talking maybe anywhere between 1%(or less) to 3%. But again that is just an educated guess).

Keep in mind that in matters of pregnancy, the age of the mother has a larger impact than the age of the father.

When it comes to men. The sperm count might differ and change over the years but even a healthy 90 year old could get you pregnant there is no menopause for men.

However when you hit 40 it's you who isn't as likely to get pregnant anymore but if you still have your period you still have a chance

Age is a fairly minimal factor in viability of sperm at that age and there are individual factors which would be much more important. Bottom line, if you are hoping to get pregnant, choosing a guy to fuck because he's 25 instead of 40 is not likely to increase your odds significantly.
