Anyone who feels the need to seek validation from the outside suffer from low self-esteem. Even worse are those who fish for attention/validation outside of their relationship. They give a clear signal that they aren't as serious about the relationship as they should be and that people outside of their relationship matter just as much if not more. There is a reason why those type of people who constantly seek the dopamine rush from social media are often not to be trusted.
Now posting on social media is one thing, being an attention whore is another. No self-respecting person will bother with an attention whore.
The terms loyalty and commitment are nebulous for the female brain. There are all in as long as the FEEL their needs and wants are being met. And those feelings are subject to change at any given moment.
So no, burden of performance is on YOU. If she gets bored or tired she'll wander off looking for CHAD THUNDERCOCK.

Girls who need constant attention and reassurance are girls, not women.
YEsssssss. So true. They are for sex. Not wife material. Not for being the mother of your children
Mostly true. 30+. Attention whores can get their attention from a group of others, or from one special person. I knew someone who was a stalker (not to me), who was attention whore to her fan.
Nobody guessed it, but that's exactly why my avatar is just an "A".
I like to forget about the self image I project.
