Should I be worried if my friends with benefits/boyfriend whom I dating?

asks about my sisters and about meeting them? he keeps talking about wanting to meet them, and asks if he can and when i ask why he says i just wants to get to know them, and when we can visit them, isn't this a bit weird? he has never seen them just heard stories about them

You have to take an objective view of the situation, if he has caught feelings would you want to date him? If you don't want to date him, and he has caught feelings You need to talk to him about it and most likely and the friends with benefits relationship. Otherwise he will hold that little candle of hope for the future that someday you'll change your mind.

Basically you just have to sit him down and talk to him, it could be that he's just really friendly and he likes your sisters or maybe he wants to fuck your sister instead. Maybe he's just interested in you as a person and wants to be better friends without committing to a relationship. Maybe he has caught feelings and wants to properly date you. Maybe he thinks you're dating, and he doesn't know that he's only your friends with benefits.

Well I guess the best course about from there would be to have him meet your sister. Does your sister know that he's your friend with benefits? If not, get her on your side in case he tries to fuck her. Like if he tries have her let you know and have her not do it. Not necessarily, It could be that he just wants to meet your family. It could be that your sister sounds like an interesting person to him so he wants to make another friend. It could be that he really does have feelings for you and he wants to know her that way she can help him get you. And it could be yeah he just wants to fuck your sister.

You could tell him that it would be weird to bring your friends with benefits to meet your sister, you could say you think he wants to fuck her and that makes you uncomfortable, but it just sounds like you just don't want them to hang out. You might have to be a little stricter with him. Tell him to stop bringing up your sister every time you talk about her or just stop talking about her
