Kindness. A rude or mean woman I'm never interested in. Most people aren't that smart anyways.

Kindness definitely. A rude/unfriendly/unkind woman wouldn't be attractive, even if she is intelligent.
I would say kindness. She could be amazingly smart but the second she is rude to the wait staff, I just am completely shutdown.
