It's pretty much the same. Just more expensive problems. However one problem I will say is that regular people have a HUGE advantage in the friends department, when u're rich and/or influencial u have a far smaller pool of people to choose from for friends due to the relatability factor. Not to mention true friends. Which at our level is almost impossible to find because everyone is about how they can gain from knowing u. And u can't really hang around poor people because their mindset will rub off on u and bring u down. I could go on and on about upholding a certain image and how dating is almost impossible as everyone on ur level is already married and it's super awkward to date a normal girl. And u'll never find love because u can't tell if they're just in it for ur money or actually into u for u.
Other than that money in large amounts does have it's benefits, even though is extremely difficult to keep it liquid with it just blowing away or the government coming to claim it. Another thing, having the right connections is far more valuable than any amount of money. There are MANY things money can't buy or get u access to.

The feeling is freedom. I know I can walk away from my job tomorrow and be fine, there is no stress about how I'll survive etc

It's pretty empowering. I half look forward to getting fired sometimes...

I'm not personally rich, but I grew up in the 1% - aka my dad is a high flyer. Also my boyfriend is really quite wealthy, much more so than me.

What would you like to know? Wealth means something different to everyone and I definitely don't think of myself as rich, a million is much less than people think it is.

My parents bought real estate and some have doubled or tripled or quadrupled in value since purchase so I could live purely on rental payments from our investment properties.

Mo money mo problems. Id say the perfect balance is spending half of what you make that way you can mitigate stress from whatever forces of nature come your way. I don't know what being rich is like but id argue that most rich people are financially smart and responsible with money. Thats where you should start or attract a rich man, make him an offer he can't refuse

Well, I am richer than some where I am. I have what I want materialistically. I don't have everything. I still work hard to have a comfortable life. Sometimes I work so hard that I don't get the time to enjoy the things I want but I am happy. So I would say I am rich enough, but not so much that I get to sit back and chill all the time.

I would say comfortable, but not rich. I tend to think that if I was rich and had nothing to strive for, I would just get bored, but I wouldn't turn down the money! haha

Not really. I used to think a million was a lot of money. But now I look at it and how long it took me to make it. It's a finite figure like anything. What I like about it is it's like having a 2nd income. I make as much in interest investing it as I do at my job. So theoretically I could retire now. That makes it easier to go to work each day when you know you don't have to do it.

It’s all subjective. someone living with parents. See someone renting as Rich who see someone with a Mortgage as rich who see a home owner and no mortgage as rich etc.
