How to prioritize a relationship when you’re in college?

I’m working on a second degree in the health care field. Due to Covid I left my career last year as a RMA. This career will put me at home doing healthcare management. I’m in college soon to be 25-30 hours. I want a relationship here soon.. how to make it work? Seemingly the weekends are mines lol
