He canceled our second date, should I be worried?

I met a guy on hinge. He messaged me first. He’s a med student so he’s always doing school work. Our first date was by me asking him and although he said he was very tired he still took me out. He told me he wasn’t interested in having a girlfriend right now because of his schedule but he thought I was girlfriend material, and he would like to see me more. I thought to not take this too seriously and have fun (no that does not include sex lol). We text but it’s hours apart, but when I don’t text him back he gets scared and messages me to make sure I’m still there.
I went to the movies alone and posted it and he said that he wanted to go and arranged we have a movie date. The morning of he asked if we were still on for the date and I said yes, but a few hours before he told me we have to reschedule because he is exhausted. I told him that I understood.
I know I’m a very gullible when it comes to people and I expect them to tell me the truth, but am I smelling bologna?

I think you need to listen to him and understand he isn’t interested in a relationship right now. Pushing him to go on dates won’t make him change his mind as he is very occupation focused. Not sure if this would be a fulfilling relationship for you anyways since it doesn’t seem like he would be concentrating on keeping you happy.

I get it. I will say I have never pressured him on a date. The first time I asked if we can meet and person soon since we both didn't truly know what each other looked like. The second date was him asking.

I totally get it, BUT I think you have the wrong intentions now. You have the intentions that maybe you can change his mind because you got past him even hanging out with you to begin with. You really need to ask yourself if him getting you excited to constantly blow you off is worth your time

I think you're wasting your time, because med students are very busy and he made it clear he is not in having a girl friend right now. But if you must, then ask him out once more and If the same thing happens, then move on.
