I am 27 and never had a real girlfriend before. I have been cursed I feel when it comes to women. I have had such bad luck.

I am not retarded. I am short in height, but I have a solid build and I can communicate. I am not a druggie. I have all my teeth and all my limbs. I am not physically disabled. I just don't see how I ended up in this situation.

I do seek a young, decently attractive woman without a romantic past. I did find a girl like that who didn't even have a male friend before she met me, but sadly, I wasn't her type.

Women don't pay a damn bit of attention to me anyways.

You're not ugly man, I'm no homo lol but I think you are good looking guy. I'm in my early 30's and I'm still single. I had opportunities to date girls in my early 20s but I was shy as fuck. Then I gained weight, lost weight, gained weight. But just be the best version of yourself and of course it doesn't hurt to be in better shape. Don't worry about the height thing. Now yes, there are tall girls who only prefer being with guys. But I'm 5 ft 8, I dated a girl who was 5 ft 10, over 6 ft in heels and she was cool with me. You gotta understand women and girls aren't wired to go right up to guys/men and chat with us. Girls and women are the one's approached, guys/men are the approachers, that's even embedded in the animal kingdom with male and female species. I'm not going to give some typical generic of "focus on yourself and the right girl will find you". You gotta put some effort as well, categorize what you want in a girl. Don't listen to girls on GAG who have this negative perception if you approach a girl to talk to her that catches your eye, just go for it and be respectful because you never know. I hope things work out for you.

Dude, you just have not met the right woman yet. Stop worrying there is something wrong with you and you are doomed. You are not. Just keep trying, you will meet someone. The odds are in your favor.

If you wanted to up your game and really work on it, get to the gym, lose some weight, try online dating or get involved in some activities where you could meet someone.

What is probably going to happen is you will meet someone when you least expect it, and you will be glad you didn't give up. Hang in there.

I think it's more important for you to work on yourself. Why do you think you're destined to be alone? Are there things about yourself that you think make you less attractive to women? Things about yourself that you don't like? If so, work on those things. Make yourself a better self for YOU. Doing that will make you a happier you and give you more confidence in yourself. That will automatically make you more attractive to women. Women love confidence.

I think you might need to let go of some standards, because honestly looking for a young woman without any romantic past is not very reasonable, also if you are feeling insecure about yourself in anyway, you need to work on that, build up your confidence first. Most women can tell if it's fake.

If you're taller than my short-ass (1.81 cm), then you definitely stand a better chance than I do. I'd just say you need to smile in your photo, cause you look depressed AF there. Speaking as a straight guy, you look like a typical handyman/electrician/HVAC guy from Alabama or Tennessee who owns a Ford pickup truck and gets laid plenty of times with the local female equivalents of yourself. You'd own a house by 27, be married by 28, and be worth six figures by the time you're 30, and never wasted a dime in college. no you are not destined to be alone, dating is hard in general my man. I am 35 never had any serious relationships myself. When I was younger it was rough and people made me think I was ugly my entire life, was only a couple years ago I found it not to be true. If you are going through depression like me (which I hope you aren't cuz that shit is debilitating) definitely focus on yourself.

Try hitting the gym, its a lifestyle change but when I did, I found no shortage of attention, whether I wanted it or not from men and women. Overall, I want someone to connect with and not some fuck buddy so I had to pass on them. Let me repeat though, dating is HARD and relationships are hard work that can only be successful of two work at it. Just keep confident, you are not a ugly dude I promise you that. You will always judge yourself far harsher than anyone around you.

No. There are two problems: 1) you don't have much confidence 2) although you don't have much confidence you are too choosy.
Why it's problem to have a girlfriend that had some romantic relationship or knew some good friend before? And by the way you can start dating some "not much beautiful girls" firstly. I know that it sounds weird and silly for me, so sorry, but not every girl is beautiful. You should also be interested in her character and not only in her physical appearance. You think that some super hot princess will fall into your lap and will say how much she loves you?
So, get also confidence.
And if you want to impress girls more by your appearance, great would be to go to the gym.

The only thing that prevents you from finding someone is you standards. You will not do this but it works. Start by dating big girls. Your success with them will give you confidence to ask prettier girls and so on until you reach your level. Above your level, girls will reject you.
