Yawn. This is actually boring now. Shut up bitching about how bad he is since you never leave even when you've been told from your previous questions. So either, you're a troll or just an idiot
It sounds like he's either trying to make you jealous, or he's actually planning on cheating on you because he thinks you're cheating on him. Neither option is that great.
Because too many people in our society said life is all about "freedom" and doing whatever you want. Too many young people didn't have any good role models... they were raised to be wild animals & that's what they are.
If it was a mutual civil breakup, I wouldn't see why not. I used to know a former couple who became the best of friends. Where there was one, they were hanging out w/ the other.
@es20490446e That definitely happens. But the important fact the other person could keep in mind is to not respond to it in a way that encourages the other's feelings.
He's keeping the door open in case you don't work out. Maybe she'll change her mind and take him back. If it were me, I would have a backup plan, options. Hindsight is 20-20. :)
I don’t mean to be brash, but what part of him saying he’s single don’t you comprehend? That right there would cause me then and there to ask him wtf is the deal?

You have plenty of reasons to dump him after that Facetime. Will you?
Yawn. This is actually boring now.

I know right!!! And so many diff. men… can’t keep track!!

He thinks he is still single so obviously you’re not exclusive
He shouldn't need to go to the other room to talk to the ex, and also said he's single? Red flag.
He literally said he was single.
He's trying to cheat, and he's obviously not over his ex.
You're hearing right.
Leave him.
This generation and dating are so, so, so fucked up.
Thats the truth
It's just mind boggling.

Wait, he told her he was single? Right there is enough to dump him.
He told her “im single”.
he obviously doesn’t consider you as his girlfriend.
🧐
Exes shouldn't be invited to anything. An ex should be out of your life completely.
If it was a mutual civil breakup, I wouldn't see why not. I used to know a former couple who became the best of friends. Where there was one, they were hanging out w/ the other.
@Interstate That works sometimes. It's the exception to the rule, though.
I've always believed in throwing the rule book out once in a while and going with your gut.
@Intetstate Okay. Well my gut says stay the hell away from exes.
@Interstate It rarely works out staying friends with your ex. One of the people, the dumpee, will still have strong feelings for you.
@es20490446e That definitely happens. But the important fact the other person could keep in mind is to not respond to it in a way that encourages the other's feelings.
@Interstate Just your presence will trigger strong feelings.
The only time I have seen this work out is when the dumpee got another partner they truly liked, and then became friends with the dumper.
Still I suspect there were feelings involved.
Why are they still in-touch? She should be history!
They’re close friends
You and i think different then. Ex can not be a close friend. There is a reason an ex is an ex.
Because Y Z 😉 lol
Unacceptable. He should have no. commumication with her at all. Especially sive he's with you.
He's keeping the door open in case you don't work out. Maybe she'll change her mind and take him back.

I’ve been reading your questions and your boyfriend is very weird. I’d say trust your gut having an ex as a friend is a big no no
Maybe you need to bring one of your exes to go with u to this party.
You're worried about that when he told her he was single?
Haven't you moved on from this guy yet?
"I don't owe - - - -" is not exactly a sound basis for a lasting relationship.
He told her he was single? RED FLAG. he's GOING TO CHEAT IF HE HASN'T ALREADY.
I don’t mean to be brash, but what part of him saying he’s single don’t you comprehend?
That right there would cause me then and there to ask him wtf is the deal?
You are under-reacting. It's wrong for him to invite his ex to the party. Why did he fall in love with you then? 🤷
It might be better to put fall in love in " ".
