Well this is an awkward situation... it could have consequences either way.
I'd definitely invite his new girlfriend as I'm assuming you've got no problem with her? Then just I'd just tell her that she can bring her boyfriend if she wants to and that you didn't invite him personally because you didn't want to cause any problems.
Then you're being nice, you are inviting him but you're ultimately leaving the decision down to them. Even if they do get annoyed with you, in my opinion you've done everything you reasonably can :)10 Reply

+1 yugh.. no I think the only reason you would be inviting her is to get to him cause she might want him to come. He's said he no longer wants to speak, so either just invite her or don't invite any

That should be fine as long as your not secretly trying to get close to this girl in order to get close to your ex.

+1 yI wouldn't, especially if you still have feelings for him. You wouldn't enjoy your party seeing someone you still like with someone else.

+1 yWhy? Let her know they're both invited, if that's how you really want it. I personally wouldn't invite either one. I've got enough friends without a classmate and an ex. Just my opinion.
10 Reply I don't think you should invite him. After all, there is no point in getting into awkward situations. Right?

+1 yHow could I know the right answer? I know some people whose exes are good company and would be obvious to invite, and others who are bitter and inviting them would be an obvious no.

I guess not. He probably doesn't want to be around you.
Depends on you. They might go all kissy and stuff. So if you are jeallous quickly, That might not be the best option.
05 ReplyJust tell her your ex is welcome as well. So, you don't have to ask him. He can decide himself.
