I would definitely say both are doable. And holding such a high standard for yourself, could be tiring.
Breakfast is always appreciated, but would never personally expect that everyday. Or even every week.
But it is a lovely gesture.

Morning sex, is also great.
But i wouldn't force certain ideas, on what would "make you a good partner".
