Why does she act so disinterested, but at the same time seems to position herself to where she's in my sight?

I'm pretty sure she knows I like her. And everyday, she seems to always go to the same general area I go to at a certain time (not trying to give specifics).

I figured maybe she has a reason to be there. But it really seems like she is positioning herself to be in my line of sight (and me in hers, though I rarely see her even glance at me). When I'm about to leave, she will sometimes move near the exit, though I guess it could be coincidence since she doesn't do that everytime.

But then if I try to get her attention, smile, look at her, etc, she just completely ignores me to the point I'm afraid to even talk to her. If I walk past her, she ignores me. If we make eye contact, she will just as soon look away and continue what she's doing, almost looking annoyed at times. Does me looking at her bother her? Should I accept she's not interested?
