One strange story, any advice?

Ok, my ex broke up with me las month, she liked me but got scared of me commiting so fast. That's what she told her friend. She still likes me but does not want to talk or see me, she says its too much and nothing good will come out of this except some drama.

Anyway, she keeps me on FB and watches everything I post, daily. All the time. I know she likes me but still, avoids me now. So I see she does not to remove me from her life completely and feels urge to stay up to date with my life. Should I just wait? Being needy does not help.

It's called the 'friendzone'. Where women put men they might like to have around, but have zero sexual or romantic interest in.

You'd be fool to expect anything out of this. Find a woman that's into you as much as you are in them. You'll get WAY more out of it, I guarantee it.
