Guys, Is this outfit too young for me?

Is this a first date? How long have you been dating him? What are you doing on the date?
I will write back with a more specific answer based upon the above information, but in general...
No, that outfit is not too young for you. Entirely appropriate for a 39 year old woman.
Your outfit is gorgeous!! You are dressed to kill. I wish the women I date would dress that nice when we go out. It's been a frustration of mine, to be honest, so kudos to you for wanting to look nice.
It's a first date, am too shy to say where we are dating mind you, put it this way, I wanna be hot with him. But I don't wanna seem sluttish.
Why don't you take your date window shopping and drop big hints about how some outfits would suit them woman love that.
You definitely look hot, and you do not look sluttish, by any stretch. Did the two of you agree to dress up? Some guys may think "high maintenance" or "trying too hard" if he shows up ultra-casual. Just be sure not to make him feel out of place. I, myself, would dress up a bit for a first date, so if it was me you would not be out of place.
If the outfit gives you confidence, then there;s nothing wrong with wearing it. You will be the apple of his eye.
Thanks for the suggestion. I hadn't thought of it, actually, but that sounds like fun.
I think it looks fine! If YOU think you're too old for it, you have to ask yourself, "Do I LOOK 39?" When dad died, he'd just turned 81 and, at the funeral, everyone that asked how old he was was amazed that he was that old!! They all thought he was only 61! He still hardly even had any grey hair!!
Come to think of it, Rose Marie, Keely Smith and probably Dinah Shore wore similar stuff most of their adult lives.
Yeah, he was like that a lot but I might attribute it to his daily walks. He'd get up in the morning, have a cup of coffee and do the crossword, run upstairs to drop a load in the giant toad, then walk out the door and either take bus at least 15 miles up river, get lunch and walk back or vice versa! He did this prety much every day until 2 or 3 months before he died! Sometimes, he'd go across the bridge next to the house adding 2 more miles to his trip! I'm pretty sure that the more active you are and the less you keep telilng yourself that you're too old for this or that, the longer you'll last!
It also helps that both sides of my family have longevity. His mother died at 94, mom's died at 89, both of my parents died at 81. Had it not been for cancer, I'm pretty sure they'd both still be alive and dad would be 97 as of 2 days ago. Mom would be 87 in 6 weeks. His brother, Wally, was at least 93 when he died and my mother went into the hospital to see him a few days before and he was singing her Italian operas in full voice!! The hospital killed him with a staph infection! He walked in to have his pacemaker checked and died a few days later.
Drop a load in the giant toad? lmao
Well, it's nice to know that you might live long like those before you.
I will take your advice and tell myself am as you g as I feel, not based on looks
I certainly hope so! I still don't look or feel anywhere near as old as I am. I plan to stick around for at least another 60 years!!
And, why are you asking about wearing this stuff on a date at your age when you just told me that you're not dating anymore? C'mon!! Fess up!!
By the way, what do you think of the singer in this band?

The skirt could be a little more clingy, not so fluffed out. in my opinion.
Other than that, yes , I think you can pull it off regardless.
As for my opinion, maybe your GUY will want to pull it off too!
Not because you don't look hot in it, but because you DO!
Sounds like a nice ending to a date eh.
Is 39 old at all?
That's honestly an outfit I'd be thinking about pounding a chick in tbh.
I feel alright saying that 'cause I'm not your date.
You look good in it, so it is not too young for you.
@caz_johnstone nah I don't think so, it looks pretty cutee. Rock it girl!
Whoo hoo... thanks
Yea no problem! Have a great time! 😁
Not too young for you. Maybe different shoes would be better but that's just me.
Thanks for that... I like details.👍
What kind of shoes would suit,?
Closed and black heeled shoe:)
There?
Oh sorry, I wrote the wrong place:)))
@YalancıBahar Hahaha... where?
Yes it will work and if the date is successful you WILL pull it off. Literaly!
Hahaha... I like that.
it looks good on you i say if you like it that is all that matters.
That's sweet, thanks.
I've met women in their forties who still looked "cute". If you can make it work at age 39, then go for it. Honestly, girls who were "cute", usually remain "cute" as women.
Looks good.
You have the figure of a 19 year old so you'd be able to pull off a lot of young outfits.
Ohhh come on... really? A 19yo!! I wish.
You're only as old as you feel. If you feel like you shouldn't wear it; don't
