I really like this girl but im too scared to ask her out?

Alright there is this girl at work i really like. But i lack confidence and i am quite a bit overweight and got some mental health issues. Because of this im not sure what she would think of me. I am trying to lose some weight im currently 5'8 and 230 pounds. How do i ask her out?

Well, if you really like her and feel a bit too scared to ask her out... then don't. Just invite her to join you in doing something. So much easier to say "Hey I'm going to get something to eat, want to join me, my treat?"

As it is a private matter, you should ask her in private, either on social media or via phone or go out for a friendly thing first.
