Why did he lovebomb me then suddenly breadcrumb me?

He was calling everyday, sending meaningful texts, bringing up future dates. He complained that I was texting too slow. Out of the blue he stopped doing all that and only texts "Wyd." He brings up coming over to my place, no longer talks about real dates. Did he lose interest or was he always not interested?

He’s probably doing it to get you to chase after him. Were you reciprocating and did you also initiate the calls, etc? If not then he could just be backing down a bit to see if you’re as interested in him as he is in you. Orrr he could just be tired and stressed so he doesn’t have the energy to be super loving rn
