Nope, there isn't.
What you can do is own your height, work on loving yourself and find someone who loves you for you.
I know, it's not easy and it's not fun to be rejected because of something you cannot control. But what you can do is work on yourself.
It's not the same, I know, but when I was a teenager, I was teased because of my height constantly.
I'm only 153 cm, and especially when the guys grew super tall, I got picked on.
They would lean on my shoulder as if it was a table.
Giggle when I stood at the front of the class with someone really tall.
Call me dwarf and whatnot.
And for some years, I hated it and it was tough. But along the way, I learned to come to terms with my shortness and it got easier.
And I still get rejected because I'm not someone's body type. Being either too chubby or fat or even too short.
The best you can do is work on yourself. Your confidence and security in who you are.
People are attracted to confident and happy people. And at some point, you will find that person who will love you for you.

Try focusing on things you can change.. you're about the same height of my ex. And I'm not bad looking. So height doesn't matter for everyone. My sister is married to a guy your height. Listen if I wake up tomorrow and find the man of my dream but he's my height I'd take him in a heartbeat.
I've heard of growth hormone treatments. But that has to be administered while still pre pubescent. Once you're full grown. That's it. You just grow out not up.
