Feeling disrespected, boyfriend interrupts me all the time now?

He used to listen to everything I say, and when he's looking for advice he listen & does it.

However, now he's not so willing to listen. He interrupts me all the time now, cuts me off. Weve talked about this a few times and he really seems sorry but he says he just gets so excited talking to me and he has a lot to say. He respects my mom and his elders but not me. I'm 1 year older than him. I don't know what to do.

We are equal I let him talk but he loves to interrupt me I don't know what to do

First, men and women aren’t equal, no offense intended, they are only as humans and in law, biologically they aren’t, in body and mind. So, for any relationship or marriage to survive, a man protects, provides and give directions, and have to be respected, that’s the starting point. Now, since many women can provide, they want to give directions, be in control and disrespectful and feel equal if not more than equal, this is in direct conflict with a mans ego. Then, the struggle, disagreements, cheating, then the breakup or divorce. That’s why most relationships or marriages aren’t surviving today. Everybody want to be in control, want to be the head, not the neck, not the body, like two people driving same steering of a single vehicle. What happens? Guess what? For believers, it’s already decided by the creator who is the head and who is the body, why all this fight?

This is very sad to hear. It's not like he's mean about it. To me he really has no clue I don't know I'm not trying to make excuses for him but he's got to stop

Look, I don't know how old you are, but I am probably old enough to be your dad. I don't want to see you get hurt. He has some issues that you can't fix. You will have to decide if you are willing to put up with his sh! t until you decide to get divorces and if kids will be involved, you have hard decisions to make now. Everything will be 10 times harder later.

He says when we talk he gets really excited. He respects me my body, my soul he just interrupts me all the time. He doesn't want to leave me I know that for sure
