Why is my boyfriend jealous of me?

He seems to compete with me, he seems really healous of the fact that i am calm and more businessminded, he smokes weed all day while working as a package delivery guy. But he seems very jealous and alsosides with others if they are against me

That's not a word I use often unless I hear it out of the person's mouth. I think it's presumptuous.

There are lots of reasons that people don't like things, certain people, or certain behaviour, and the answer is not always jealousy. I see it written a lot from pinks on here, and honestly, I think they're wrong and they don't see themselves objectively, and turn introspective about their own behaviour. It's much easier to think jealousy than something else which is critical of you.
It can be disagreeing, disliking, disrespecting, disdain... the list goes on, and those are just some random 'd' words.

But my comment was about how he treats you; specifically that he sides with others if they are against you. Guys aren't jealous of calmness. And most guys are not intimidated by a woman's success. What they want is for her to be nice; especially nice to him.
I don't know what's going on with him. You need to ask him in detail about why he does that. He either genuinely agrees with them, or he's doing it no matter what, to oppose you.
