I cheated on my boyfriend lastnight and he found out what should i do? I’m so stressed I regretted it.

Tell him knowing you disrespected him and its going hurt him badly. Actions have consequences so be grown up and come clean. Your last act of caring or loving should be to tell him, or leave him immediately.

If you all agreed to be committed and you can't bare to hurt him by telling him. Just break it off immediately and tell him you want to see other people. If there is any way he can find out from some one else then you have to come clean.

If you tell him and he forgives you and wants to stay with you, just know subconsciously you will never respect him and will probably eventually cheat again.

And be prepared to be called names... and don't act like you don't deserve it. You completely are not right.
