You need to start developing the discipline to do things that you do not want to do. This will come in handy for the rest of your life.
Break it up into individual smaller tasks. Schedule time every day to study for the test. Schedule time for driving.

29 years old and have no motivation to get your license. I guess it depends on your location. Mass transit is a better option in some cities. How far is it to work? Assuming you have a job. If not, grocery shopping? Church? Friends? If none of the above require you to need to drive. Then it’s probably not a motivation problem.

I don't know what it's like in the U. S., but here in Canada it's become quite the process also, and with Covid, even more of a hassle to get. I can see why lol. I wouldn't be either.
If you don't need it, fine. If you're always asking people to drive you places or always taking ubers, then stop being a bum and get a license and car.
