I recently found out that an extremely attractive girl has the biggest crush on me for a long time, and I don't know why. What should I do?

She often comes to the place where I work just to catch a glimpse of me while working, she would always order coffee at the place where I work just to see me. She's extremely attractive, she looks very ideal, eurasian beauty with freckles, hazel brown eyes, short hair, tall and has a perfect runway model body figure. I'm just a chill 24 year old dude who skates a lot and watches a lot of anime. She cosplays anime and I just stay home and watch anime when I'm not at work, she's 19 and a hard working student with extra jobs to support her college education and that's why I also am extremely attracted to her because we're both independent. We talked for about 4hr straight and I find her very interesting, she's definitely a keeper 100%. I'm not handsome nor attractive and also definitely not rich. My question is, why? and what should I do?
