What'd creating the issues for you is also what you need to heal from.
Bit try doing it like this:
Next time you get anxious, remove the other person from the scenerio.. don't even think their name until you have gone through your anxiety checklist..
Figure out your trigger.. then reevaluate by putting the person back into the scenerio... don't seek but scan ur checklist to see how much of the anxious load you are owning and your person.
Mainly, talk... for crying out loud it's so easy! Obviously don't approach him when you have anxiety brain and start finger pointing... a simple way is to say, hey I just got that anxiety feeling mind if we talk later about it?
If your a hothead and can't do a tactful approach... write short very short text.. have one saved in your phone. I'd suggest pre writing it when you don't feel anxious.. even then short and sweet.
Personally I'm not a fan of txtn... to me textn creates the illusion of communication.
Also there's not any lack of communication. I believe the issue stems from how it's recieved.. so clarify if you don't fully understand what they said.

I think just enjoy the moment take things super slow
I get some social anxiety at the beginning of any new social setting, given time though it fades. I end blooming into something far better.
I did find the the dating anxiety is terrible the more I hope for it to work out. If I just let it go, see where it ends. Stop wish, wanting and hoping for something. Let it flow like a river, it just might take me to where I want to go. It might also try to drown me and time to get out.
No point in worrying about what might happen, that could make it happen.
I get the same! It's not an overly bad thing, you're just being cautious. I feel that you just need to have time to get to know the person and not rush anything so you can slowly start to trust. Just need to meet the correct person who can break your walls down :)
