Am I to old to expect a good good women with morals and is attractive?

So I am in my mid 30’s and going through a divorce. I married my high school sweetheart so the last time I dated was almost 14 years. Needless to say, dating is different today. What can I expect? Is everything “dtf” or can I expect to find a mature relationship?

Sorry but its all trash. Like you I'm on the same sort of time line. I just turned 35, like you I had a HS sweetheart i was with for 9 years. From 27 to 33 i didn't meet even like one dateable girl. I met lots of girls, had lots of sex, but never met any girls that didn't participate in hookup culture. I met some better than the rest but not nearly up to the standards girls were at almost 20 years ago now. The typical girl that isn't butt ugly is having sex at like age 13. So good luck finding any girls with a mostly moral background as what one would call a moral girl 20 years ago is not whats called moral now.

That being said, essentially zero women expect to get married. Yes women will ask and beg and pest you about it but if you're a catch not one girl out there will leave you over your unwillingness to marry. So thankfully you won't even have to risk getting divorced a second time.

If there is a way to salvage what you have id tell you to seriously consider it. If not, if you're attractive and generally good with women it will be like a kid in a candy store. If you're not good with women its going to be a long lonely sucky road for you most likely.

It depends.
Do you have kids from your past relationship? If you do, then likely only single mothers would realistically be interested.

Are you going to stay in contact with your ex? That could lead to potential drama and conflict if you choose to. Cutting all contact is the best way, but if you had a kid together, that isn't possible.

What kind of shape are you in physically? If you are the type that works out, there would be much more interest so you would have significantly more options than the types of people that are fat/very skinny and lazy.

A lot of the factors for getting a good mate comes down to your past, your physical condition, and also what you expect in a partner for them to be compatible.

It is actually more important to know what you don't want in a partner.

Best you defer dating until the divorce is final and make sure you are over it and ready to move on. You really can't put your heart into a new relationship until there is closure on the old. Not too many women want to put up with the baggage of an EX still being in the picture.

I divorced and started dating at about your age. I did not have a large group of friends so I put up a profile on a few online sites. I had the most success on match. com but there are more sites now. In my experience women wanted to be kissed after the first date if it went well. After three dates they invited me to bed. They were all wanting a long-term relationship, os I would count that as mature.

There are so many women in this world and sure there are a lot of woman who would not want to be with you, but there are also a lot of woman who want to be with you! You just have to find the right girl, there are plenty of woman who are also looking for something serious. If you kept it going for 14 years than I'm guessing you know how to deal with woman. Sure in the beginning it might be a bit weird but I'm sure if you're just yourself you'll find someone else, just don't rush it.

Lol, I hear that a lot. Not really my style. I had a friend that was a ladies man and never got married. In the beginning he was the bees knees. He dated many nfl cheerleaders. He even had kids with the Princess (no joke). In the end it was very sad to see him when he could no longer attract what he thought was beautiful.
