Hug after first date?

I took this girl out to dinner for our first date. It lasted about 2 hours. We talked the whole time and got to know each other a little better. At the end we had a small snowball fight. At the end we hugged said hood bye.

Does a hug mean she didn't enjoy the date? Do you think there is a chance of a second date?

Last I checked, a hug isn't a bad thing: what gave you that impression? How about just ask her when she wants to go out again- not if, when. That lets her know you enjoyed her company and want to see her again.

If she plans a day and time? She's interested. If she makes up excuses or doesn't seem invested in getting to see you again, she's not interested.
Or just ask her if she had a good time :)
A hug seems like a nice way of saying, "I had a nice time with you..." in a friendly sort of way

She did text afterward thanks for dinner she had a good time. Was just thinking she might have just tried to be nice. I'm an overthinker so these things come to mind unfortunately
