This guy has been asking me out on a date since last year. But I moved away for a while and came back into town a couple months ago. He’s very fit.
I’ve been on a weight loss journey. As of late, I’ve lost 60 lbs. but I still feel fat. This is my most current photo. I met this guy on FB and we actually went to HS together but never met since he was 2 years younger than me. We’re both in our 20s now and have tons of mutual friends. I have posted a lot of full body photos like this one here on Snapchat (were also friends on SC) and he’s seen all of them. Do I have to disclose this or should he already know since he sees my stories?
You know it's not all about what you look like on the outside it's who you are on the inside if you're unhappy with your weight and yes tell him and you should tell him anyway just so it gives you peace of mind otherwise that's all you'll be thinking about and that's not what you're supposed to be doing you're supposed to be thinking beautiful things not what you going to think or this or that so he's your mind is your heart and tell him don't worry it'll all work out you're fine
I would not use the terms fat or chubby... but maybe full figured and curve or say slightly over weight. But in the end if your insecure about your looks and body it will eventually come out at some point in the relationship.
So yes I would be honest with him, and open as possible... but do not shame yourself or assume the worse about yourself. I do not think you give yourself enough credit.
Well then if he’s seen full body pics then he [hopefully] is already aware by observation and therefore you shouldn’t need to mention anything about your body. (Honestly tho: he a scrub if he has an issue w/ size)
Guys into fitness appreciate girls trying to become fit in my experience. You look at all those saying girl is too fat, too skinny, too muscular, and they are like pencil-necked or jowls-toting faggots. It's the nerds who say that shit but they blame it on the jocks. So if your guy is a good guy (i. e., jock, not faggot nerd), then he will not judge you badly for it. But if he is nerd, he will.
He's already seen your photos. So you don't have to tell him. He already knows.
But it would be cool to share about your weight loss journey. I'm sure he will probably think it is an inspiring story, and he will be impressed by what you have accomplished so far. :)
Just go on the date with him! You have nothing to be afraid of.
You might not be happy with your weight, but you don't look fat. Tell him you're not a fitness freak and you're on a weight loss journey, and still losing. Give him a little prep. If he thinks you're too big, call me. LOL
If he can see your stories and not pick up on what "issues" you are working through than it's on him. But if anything just let him know that you have been actively trying to "get better" by doing (blah blah blah).
Everyone’s gained some weight since Covid started. I wouldn’t come out and say it though. You can mention casually if the situation presents itself that you are dieting or on a weight loss journey and he should respect that.

I actually lost weight during COVID. Thankfully. I lost 60 lbs. this photo is the most current. I’d like to lose 20 lbs more. He’s seen my full body photos but I don't know
Good job! I need to make it more of a priority, I don’t want to waste half the summer just getting into shape. If he’s seen your photo’s I probably wouldn’t bother bringing it up unless you end up talking about fitness.
I thought this was a joke at first because you don’t look overweight. 😂 It should be fine. I wouldn’t need a “disclosure”. He already knows what you look like anyway.

Yeah sorry. Lol. I think it’s a mental block. Sometimes I forget that I lost weight and still but oversized clothes.
Seriously though. I wouldn’t have given it another thought. And I definitely would not have reacted like “Why was this never disclosed? I’ve been catfished!”😆
