Should I ask him out for the second date? or wait for him?

We had our first date last Tuesday. For me it went well. We are talking about food and he even looked up through his phone. I wonder if I gave him a false disinterested signal. He gave me a full body hug at the end and he slowed down texting after first date until days passed.

On Thursday he asked for my day off and he said, "Cool.. maybe I'll see you." But until now he hasn't set the date.

Should I shoot him a text saying,
"Hey, do you want to watch a movie at 3pm today?"

or Should I wait for him maybe he is not interested at all in seeing me again?

Go for it. I always find it refreshing when girls make a move. Although over here girls usually make more moves, interesting how that worked out.

Anyhow, just go for it. If you two ever become something this will not work against you. If you don't, you saved yourself time and questions.

But I responded with interest and enthusiasm. I did try to text him last Saturday night telling him my shift for the week is over. We had some conversation til Sunday morning. Then he didn't replied again. I was waiting so bad yesterday that maybe he'll ask me. And today is his last off as well. I just don't want to appear desperate. Maybe he has another date today. But why won't he even tell me so I won't have any hopes

I declined because I just got home from work and can't go out. Then after that, he seems disappointed and replied dry.

I asked him when are we going out, he said" Monday, maybe."
