Well, yeah, just as much as before. You don't have to have money to find someone you love. Hell, I met my girlfriend before I had even graduated high school, and we've been together for seven years. Sure, we've had out ups and downs, but everything turns out alright in the end. It's not about the money or your job, it's whether or not you two truly love each other.
Having a family is different though. You need to make sure you can support one before you have one.

That isn't all that much money, but you would not want someone without a past, if neither of you do, then your relationship will be very rocky and hard and have a high chance of failure.
