To be honest. He says abusive to me verbally from the 2nd date. I've also blocked his number and don't want him to contact me again. If we see eachother in person I suppose different but I'm not comfortable with him wanting to reach out to me again via phone.

I was wanting casual from the start. We both instantly were attracted too eachother so I was nervous to just jump into something. He however I think got too comfortable with me and would abuse me verbally within 3 weeks of being casual. Hence why I had to leave. I am embaressed because i don't want him to continue chatting to me. I think if I mentioned the abuse it would trigger him more.

I think you just need to be direct and to the point. Men don't need closure. So just tell him that you don't want to see him anymore, because it's not what you guys agreed upon at the beginning.

I suppose it's more regret. I rushed into something with this guy but he ended up being really abusive to me. So I think I want to come across as friendly and not rude but also explain that I'm not experienced in all of this and that I'm not someone who just goes through these things on a monthly basis
